I just left this store. I don’t remember the last time I was at a T-Mobile store and didn’t feel like I was talking to robots. My specialist was Kenny, he’s going places with his customer service and communication skills. He made sure to let me in on any deal that I could take advantage of even if it added extra steps to his job. Good guy, and an even better T-Mobile rep.

This T-Mobile is fairly new and has a friendly staff and work quickly. Of course like other T-Mobile stores when it gets busy you’re gonna have to wait but for the most part it’s pretty fast.
