This location and employees (Lucy & Jarel) are absolutely amazing!TL;DR great support, kind and helpful.My friend and I came in late, less than one hour until close, after leaving a Verizon store with issues. Given all that, we were welcomed and completed supported. They pulled up my account and helped get my friend transferred onto my plan through several complications with Verizon.I can’t state how helpful and patient everyone was with us. 100% would recommend going to this location.

The phone number wasn’t working for the store I called all morning and finally walked up the store (since I’m without a car at the moment) only to arrive at the store and they tell me they are taking lunch break?! At 3:30 in the afternoon? Not cool that one of the employees didn’t stay and open the door and help me out.Total Inconvenience!
