I suddenly found myself quite dissastissfied with my wireless carrier and wanted to talk to someone who could help explain my options for an upgrade to a new phone with a new company. I was randomly in the area and normally wouldn’t have stopped at this location. First, they do a great job with helping their employees and customers stay safe – they take their virus protection seriously which is something I appreciate.Kris (?) was the salesperson I was paired up with and she was awesome. She was clearly very informed both with what her company’s options were but also with the company I told her I wanted to break away from. She was able to answer all of my questions about possibly switching to T-mobile.
