And they did not set up phone, but I came to this t mobile on glen oaks and Diego was really friendly and respectful. Generally happy with TMobile, but every time I go into this location for a new phone, without asking they always add on an insurance plan I don’t want. Also, I get billed for things that are supposed to be discounted or free under a promotional offer, but I get billed regular price. Then I end up spending hours trying to have customer service and this store work it out. Rrrggghhhh. Other then that, people there are friendly.
