The staff was professional, courteous and efficient. They explained all the charges and what to expect moving forward on my bill. That’s was nice. They had three colors in stock for the iphone 12 pro, which was nice. But they did try to sell us a lot of accessories. I wish I didn’t get the USB-C adapter there, but he told me it was the same price on Amazon. (Not true, but I needed it right away. So I got it.) Not much waiting. Overall, great service.

We have been with T Mobile at this location for almost 5 years. This particular store had renovation not too long ago. The store is spanking bright and beautiful.Today I received my replacement note 9 via insurance. David was the individual that assisted me and setting up my new phone, transferring my file from my old phone to the new phone. David was very friendly, patient and polite in doing this. He was informative and even offer me and my boyfriend with new T Mobile winter gloves that works good with the phone by downloading the T Mobile Tuesday.Overall, awesome customer service!
