We went to store in July 7, 2020 to sign up 5 line contract with them, they had a Iphone 11 promotion for 0 down payment, 0 monthly payment for 18 month. We took the promotion. They didn’t have the Iphone 11 128G we want, they were ordering for us and port our numbers to the new phone when they arrive. Meanwhile, they did port 1 lines to sprint because we need a phone. After few days, the store is closed due to Covid 19 and they are keeping telling me they have not received the new phones. On August 5, 2020, they are telling me that they can no longer offer me the promotion anymore because the promotion has been expired regardless the problem they have created. They even tell me to cancel the service. THIS IS UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Can’t believe anything they say. Justin Y was the manager who helped me. He said I would get a rebate of $350 and I only received $200. But before I left the store he said that I would have to spend the rebate money on accessories! What’s the point. I bought all this stuff for my phone and they still owe me $150. They lied to me. I will never do business with Sprint again.
