Really rude employees. It all starts with the manager. Her name is Claudia. This store will do everything they can to get you to add a line of service so that they get paid commission. They don’t offer service, but instead attempt to manipulate you to add an additional line. This is not a corporate location. This is a dealer and they have zero integrity. Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store down the road.
