Micheal was great! He has great customer service and was very nice! I came in to fix my phone issues and ending up buying a speaker as well and he was extremely helpful with both! He even went to get the speaker for me from another store because they didn’t have that one in stock here at this store!! Assistant Manager Will was extremely helpful, although Mobile Rep Karen had an bad attitude. I worked for T-Mobile previously and I know there are certain ways to address customers. She opened the box for MY PHONE and began to turn it on, maybe I wanted to do that. She could’ve asked. Overall, not happy about the experience, but not extremely upset. At least I got the phone.
