I, Blaine Jackson went to the store on Pine Ave and Third in Long Beach on March 21. I went in looking to get a p360 replacement for my device. I have insurance on my phone. I was denied a replacement, because my purchase wasn’t attached to my account and the p360 tool couldn’t verify. After the Manager Yama verified that I had insurance on my account and I was still refused service without receipt. According to the c2 document, a receipt is not a requirement for p360 service.Per my training, my transaction was unsatisfactory and I would like to find out more about why that store operates differently than my own, and why the service my store provides to customers was not afforded to me. I went to this location for the first time yesterday, was recommended to me by Emily at the Pike location. I went just for a new cable, but remembered I had another issue with my incredible phone to resolve. With the great help of Jose & Marquez, it was resolved And, it was complicated, alittle scary . . . But they got it!!! I also was happily reunited there with my previous awesome tech, Tania, from the other store!!! YEAH ~ Sorry for so long a reply…. But I’m so happy with TMOBILE’s professional & friendly experts all around the these last couple months, changing my account totally into my name!!!
