Donald is a superstar!! I don’t think i have ever encountered such hospitable and sincere customer service in any T-Mobile store as we did with Donald on Sunday 04/11/21. He was very patient (w my older mother), extremely knowledgeable about the products, and an efficient multi-tasker. He was tending to us while at times acknowledging customers with a smile who were coming into the store and was checking them in. I asked if he was the Supervisor? He said he was not. I told him he needs to be! He is definitley management material without a doubt. He was very engaging, super informative and most importantly, patient with my mom. I must say it’s nice to find genuine, exceptional customer service these days! Thank you Donald! We will request you when we are ready to purchase our next gadget!
