I went to copy the information from our old phones to new iPhone. I needed the ear buds & was buying the 19 ones and PAID for them. The employee convinced me to buy air pods for 199 plus tax. He said my refund would show up in a couple days. My fault for not demanding both receipts. They never returned my money. I’ll never go back. I believed him & stealing from a customer is NOT cool.
