First off, the customer service here is terrible. I went in to upgrade my phone and to switch from MetroPCS to T Mobile and was met instantly by an irate representative. It seems that he might not have been fully aware that customers should be shown appreciation because he did not show me any. I let him know that I had been pre approved on certain phones due to my on time payments. First he stated that MetroPCS had nothing to do with T Mobile and that I would need proof of these offers. I let him know that the offers were sent to me via sms and that they were erased. He then gave me a blank irritated look and asked me if I wanted him to run my credit or not. Instead of offering me, or informing me of any promotions he quickly shut me down and seemed to want to have me approve the credit check to get me out of the store as quick as possible. This is not how business should be conducted. I am a manager in the customer service industry and I would never treat a customer like this. The store and other employees did not seem to be very inviting and the over all vibe of the store was depressing. My suggestion is that the employees need a bit more training in customer service.

The guy “assisting” us didn’t want to. We wanted to upgrade 2 phones. He basically said that we had to pay $600 down payment plus taxes and fees. Even after trade-in and promotion. He seemed annoyed and basically told us to leave. He didn’t offer options. We would have paid for it but the fact that he was rude made us not even consider it. He even said at the beginning “we’re not doing data transfer”. We didn’t even ask. We went to a different tmobile and all we had to pay was taxes and fees. I guess customer service is based on how you look. I do not recommend this tmobile based on my experience.
