If I could rate this store 0/5, I would. When I arrived, I complied to the safety procedures put in place due to the pandemic. There were two workers, one of them helping out another customer, and the other standing around. When she finally took the time out of her busy day to acknowledge me and the other customers standing in line, she let me into the store and asked what I was there for, then COMPLETELY ignored me and left to stand by her coworker and talk. I waited for 10 minutes to get helped until I realized I could go to a different store where they prioritize their customers and I decided to leave. The stores in Whittier on Carmenita are waaaaay better at helping out their clients. Don’t waste your time here.

Extremely slow at this store. For some reason only 1 rep does work while 2 stand around him doing nothing while the line outside grows. They also can’t provide any actual customer service, was told to call 611 to find out why I was charged double for the month via autopay. I should have signed up with Verizon

Got 3 people waiting in line with only 2 workers and 1 worker attending to someone while the other just taking his sweet time to attend the ones waiting in line..and to top it off, waiting outside in the sun. Very poor workers at this site
