So far not the best experience. I lifted up a phone and the alarm went off, I just want to feel the size. The manger came up to me and just told me to put it down. And not say let me get a phone from the back that you can hold… I have been waiting for 20 minutes and because they are on comission they are making me wait till the sales person gets here.

Horrible! I advise you not to go there and choose another place. I went there for my appointment. There was no line but I had to wait for 20min outside so one lady told me she will check me in in the system and they will call me when it’s mu turn. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I left the place after one hour of waiting! Fortunately it is not the only phone carrier…
