They were helpful but very busy they are trying to do good business under covid 19 restrictions. I was trying to port my phone number to T mobile they were having trouble, but they put me in touch with tech support. The tech support got a good result, they actually called after I left the T mobile store. I give them credit for not just ignoring my issue that’s definitely a plus in customer service.
