I couldn’t say more about how positive my experience at this store was, and how helpful the store manager, Dominic was. I came in to the store with a totally smashed phone. It hadn’t been a good day and the phone was the last straw. Dominic’s calm and friendly presence and excellent costumer service eased my anxiety. He was able to talk me through the various options and made sure I had everything on the new phone set up before leaving the store. I can’t say enough how Impressed i was with the experience that I’ll drive out of the way to go to his t-mobile, if I have any other issues in the future. thank you Dominic!!

They charged us additional money to move our phone numbers, and didn’t even change the phone numbers for us. We found out that they weren’t supposed to charge additional money to move numbers and they have closed now, so we can’t even get our original numbers. We lowkey got scammed and when they re-open, I highly recommend you DON’T go to them. Very shady.
