The older employee maybe the manager not sure his name is the best experience i’ve had at a Tmobile store. Do not go to any other tmobile store, this is the best one. A corporate store sneakily added a 3rd line onto my plan without telling me I would be charged. I came to this store and they were more than happy to get this issue resolved. I was refunded the cost of the 3rd line and the employee who has been there for 10+ years had a good attitude the whole time and was very helpful.
