This review is based on the systems and networks you as a company provide to your store and not about the efficiency of the employees.We Bought the new IPhone pro on pre-order and finally received it. We came to the store to pick it up and return our iPhone X for credit. Noemi assisted us with the transaction which seemed to be going through smoothly (long ) but was moving. We were told that we would receive a return package to place the old phone and send it back because the system didn’t give her the option to receive it at the store. Once home we get a call from Noemi and we are told to come back the next day to drop off the phone. We come back thinking it’ll be a 10 min max process and we’ll be on our way. But no. We are now told by Cristiane and Noemi that the system again didn’t accept the iphoneX and will not grant the credit. Then they call their manager Bryan and Sprint support to ask for assistance nobody seems to be able to help so now they are facetiming two different coworkers to help them get it done. They try reaching back at Bryan who is now not answering the phone. (Obviously it is probably his day off) customer service is called a 3 rd time to assist. During the time we were here waiting for them to fix the issue, more costumers came to pay bills etc and they were told to come back later as the system was down. After almost 3 hours of waiting they were finally able to fix the issue. Noemi and Cristiane worked really hard on getting this done and i know it is now their fault.. they were nice enough to give us a phone charger/headphones she had in the back of her desk as compensation for the time lost and the inconvenience.Bottom line is; corporate if you do take the time to read this reviews, please make sure your team has the tools they need to do their job efficiently. Upgrade their systems so they don’t waist our time as costumers. We have been part of Sprint for about 3 years and now and have never experienced such. Now that they are part of T-mobile the service is much worse so please work on that as well.
