They told me all good things so I can walk out tha store with a new phone so when I got the phone I got my own account they billed my mom account as well .. so basically paying 2 amounts every month . These people in this store will tell u good stuff but after you get billed for wrong things

The reps do not know what they are doing. Takes about three people to take care of one thing. Wait time ridiculous they really dont care if they have you waiting here. I seen 5 employees there only 2 customers at a time.

I came to this location to return some trackers that were sent to try out for 30 days. I didnt open them and wanted to turn them in before the expiration time. While there I found out that I wasn’t an authorized user. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was that the employees had a private conversation going so intense that no one was able to tell me any information because that conversation was the main objective. It took another employee to step in and get the attention of that talkative salesperson to help me. Professionalism is not part of the mission at this location and its a corporate location
