I was driving around the area and I saw a T-Mobile store to pay my bill. So I went inside and all the employees working say “Welcome to T-Mobile” at the same time and make me feel welcome. The Store Manager great me right away, I told him that I want to pay my bill but I have a question about my bill and then He asked me if I am familiar with T-Mobile Apps and I told him that I am not familiar with the Apps. He take his time to set my t-mobile apps and show me how it works. Now thanks to him I don’t have to go to the store and pay my bill because I can do everything in my T-mobile Apps it is so easy and convenient. The Store Manager also save my time and money every month because of the auto pay that he recommended. This is store are friendly and they are knowledgeable what they do. I do recommend all my friends and families to come to this store going forward. Thank you T-Mobile!

Tried going in to ask some questions about my bill and the guy sitting outside interrupted me before I could even finish my question. I told him to let me finish my question and he started acting rude. Never answered my question since he frustrated me. Pretty glad this was just a random store so I don’t have to deal with him again
