Tried to order a phone here from online and pick it up here, store told me I needed to bring a copy of my utility bill but I couldn’t bring it because I was from out of state. Called representative to let them know. She did not return the pjone. I have still never received this phone and sprint is trying to charge me 1600 dollars for it. When I called customer service they got me on the line with store supervisor who called me a liar. Been getting run around for months now. Still trying to charge me. Most miserable customer experience of my life.
