The worst experience on my life,I thought that I was in the right hands and I just went to get a phone replacement and the person in charge which I asked way too many times if everything was going to backed up and she told me that there was no problem but it will take four hours I trusted them and left my phones in there hands in a couple of hours they called me to inform me that my phone was ready when I got there to pick it up there was only 10% of my photos there I had in my phone more then 10,000 photos and when I asked “where are the other photos” they only said that they could not make it that it was really common that to happen the person that was helping me at the time he made me buy memory in I cloud making sure that everything was going to be there which did not happen the manager never came into the discussion and the person that told she had the most experience there Cecilia Ramirez she only said that happens all the time and that I only had two options get my old phone with nothing of the things I had because they deleted it or leave with the new one with all my apps but my little amount of my photos, the ended up saying “it was a human mistake” which I understand but why did they had to delete my other device with out my concern maybe the thing that I had in my phone where personal, from work, and from my family that maybe for them it wasn’t important after going out of the store I got in my account and the back up was not complete

I enjoy going to this T Mobile to pay my bill and get help if I need it. Justin & The Crew there are really helpful and don’t pressure me into buying things. They ask me if I need anything else. They leave it at that. Thank You Guys for everything.
