The T-mobile employees are very knowledgeable and willing to bend to help you with what issues you might be having. I damaged my phone (water damaged) and 2 employees were quick to come to my aid on upgrading to a new one. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t feel like they were trying to sell more items to me than I really needed, but that’s just the sign of a good salesman. Over all, great atmosphere, great costumer service, and some banger songs on the radio.

I walked in T-Mobile asking for help with my phone. Michelle immediately greeted me as I entered their store. I lay much worth when a sales person acknowledges me, it’s a courtesy and respect . I asked her if she could help me with my password because I really have no knowledge on how to change them . She was very helpful and was kind to help me through the process.
