If I could give them less than a star, I would most definitely would. I went in to buy a new phone for my mom for Christmas. The guy was nice, when I asked if they could set it up for my mom the man told me I can “easily” do that by downloading an app. Well it ended up taking us 6 long grueling hours to set up a phone because it wasn’t “easy” and the tmobile customer service line called us back FIVE hours later. HORRIBLE customer service!
