Where do I even start, first of all shame on these people for telling my elderly father he cannot exchange his brand new phone that he bought in February. I called customer service and they said they were going to do an exchange and the new phone was sent to this store. My dad went and they told him the phone was not there and they couldn’t do anything. They said they could only sell him a new phone. So he had no other choice but to buy a new phone. I called customer service they said it was delivered. I am beyond mad at the moment. We will not be shopping here anymore. I know I’m just one customer but this is not acceptable.
