My journey to switch 3 lines from business to personal started off rocky to say the least. I started at the South Loop location. Jacob at the 98th and Slide location was a breath of fresh air to say the least. He was extremely efficient and kind. He knew his product and offered the best customer service experience. Jacob was able to do in one hour what had taken a total of 5 hours with no results. Big shout out to him! Thanks Jacob for saving the day!
