Switching from Verizon to sprint was the best choice we could have made.

Rudest staff I’ve ever met, if I could give 0 stars I would!!!

These folks always need to work on their customer service.

Employees we interacted with were very helpful and knowledgeable. Crowded with customers, but had several employees helping, so wait to be helped was not long. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because wish transactions were quicker and everything could be done in store.

The absolutely WORST T mobile I’m Austin!! I went in to just get some headphones. They made me wait almost 20 mins. There was only 2 customers with three workers. The worker with the the red hair was just leaning against the counter while his other co-workers were helping the other two customers. He could have helped me and I would have been in and out. That was poor customer service. I don’t care if you are a manager or supervisor you still help your team. And on top of that when I came in he was helping a lady at the counter already, but when it came to me he said someone will be with your shortly….. so why you couldn’t help me??
