After getting my phone inspected for a bad charging port and having not one but two associates examine the phone, one being the manger my warranty phone was approved. Flash forward to today, I went in for my replacement, the first associate inspected the phone and I believe had no problem then called manager “Frankie” for a secondary inspection upon his “examination” he couldn’t see the water damage tab and refused to give us the replacement. After researching where the location of the water damage tab was I inspected it myself and found it, clearly white and clearly present. I drove back to the store asked him to inspect it again but he just peeked at it and didn’t want to inspect it anymore. He clearly said I’m never wrong I’ve worked here for years, safe to say he’s determined with his first “inspection” of the phone. Disappointed to say the least I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to Edinburg. Time for a new T-Mobile location.
