I would leave no stars if I had the chance went to go get an upgrade for my fiances phone, first she went to get serviced and had her waiting for for 1 hour before anything after she got her phone she had to transfer old information to her new phone to only find out ernesto (sales rep) never put her new Sim card to her new phone. We went about our merry day just to find out her phone never worked cuz of the chip so here we go again to tmobile but at a different location and what do u know the people on price were amazing she even qualified for a new smartwatch there as well…

Today 04/12/2021 we went so that my sister in law could trade in her phone. The employee Ernesto was super rude throughout the entire process and then when he gave my sister in law her new phone not 10 minutes out the store she realized her phone was not working so we went to another Tmobile store only to find out they put the wrong chip in her phone and they did not give her a smartwatch that was free with her promotion. I do know what was going on with the Tmobile on Boca chica. But Thanks to the service at Tmobile N Expressway they corrected our horrible experience of today.
