This is the absolute worst sprint store I have ever been to. They seriously take FOREVER. Most sprint stores are bad however this take the crown for that department. I have been waiting and have not been help and it’s been more than 30 minutes…. Reminds me why I don’t EVER go to a sprint store. I only try to do everything online or on the phone. I only go to the sprint store if I need a SIM card. Hope I have to NEVER come back. The ppl seem nice, just SLOWWWWWWW!

Went to get two phones repaired was told 20 minutes, more the an hour later finally finished the process and I am hearing impaired and had turned down the speaker that was broadcasting music and the manager kept turning it back up. I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDER changing carriers. Verizon is look pretty good.
