Went to the T-Mobile College Street Beaumont location, there were 2 employees working. Waited for about 15 minutes got fed up and left. I don’t know what the deal at T-Mobile is lately but I can definitely see a departure in service. I don’t think it would be wise of them start slacking.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Do NOT trust this store with your personal information/identification. A woman came into this store with my stolen personal information. She was able to fraudulently open 3 lines to my cell phone account. How is that possible, you say? Well, the store manager, Jesus, bypassed the showing of a drivers license and allowed authorization, even though I have a zero authorization policy on my account. When I had another sprint/T-Mobile manager, Victoria, call the store to ask why he bypassed simple security protocols and ignored obvious red flags, Jesus refused to accept accountability. Jesus refused to help with any information and said just to call the fraud center. Gee, thanks. I don’t live in Beaumont. The red flags were obvious. Don’t come here.
