Horrible customer service in orange. Not only was the salesman rude and hung up on me but they also told me there was no resolve to getting my phone line in my own name and not on someone’s account I shared my line with. Definitely will not be using sprint/t mobile ever again.

Good program for seniors, good knowledgeable team at the Orange store. It gets a 4 due to less than good cell service. Ok if you don’t go to rural areas.
