As busy as they were when I went in, they made sure to address every person that walked in the door, and tried to assess their problem. At one point an associate was on hold helping a customer, and while on hold was helping myself and another gentleman. By the time he was done helping the customer he was on hold for he had already fixed my problem. Yes I was there for a good 45 min, but their customers service made it worth the wait. Good job, guys!

She was patient, funny, full of knowledge not just about T-Mobile offers but about all their devices. We switch providers and she made it so easy.
