So I stopped in to look at phones and Ms Esthella was very helpful. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.

Dose sprint *2 know English it act like im not speaking English please use punch in I hate having to yell into the phone.

Horrible service!!!!! Went there to buy two new phones and that was all. It took them a little over an hour to finally get me the phones and once I purchased them, I did everything else. Then when I asked to get a new sim card for a existing line to put into my old phone, They looked confused and said i would have to cancel that line and then add a new line….. NOOOO!!!! I went home found a sim card and put it in the phone and did everything myself. The Manager the whole time was just walking around aimlessly and was no help to the service rep. If you want horrible customer service go here otherwise i suggest you go somewhere else.
