After one experience i will definitely be using this store in the future. I came in for a simple problem that they took care of quickly, but Danny who assisted me noticed an issue with my account that I had been trying to get corrected but had given up on under Sprint, and immediately offered help. Then after it seemed like it would take a long time to resolve, a manager stepped in and basically said go on with your day, we got this. I’ve been a sprint customer for 25 years, this is the customer service I was waiting for. 5 stars

So I don’t normally give reviews, however, I was so upset at the fact that T-Mobile by Best Buy wasn’t trying to help me and just gave me the run around saying they can’t help sprint customers… I THOUGHT IT WAS ONE COMPANY ??? Sprint part of T-Mobile am I right? Anyways, I was lucky enough to encounter Nirvana when I came into the store by hobby lobby and she apologized for THEIR ignorance. To me they were being lazy but I can tell she was just trying to empathize and not make them look bad. She took great care of me and I was out in a heart beat. I’ll be coming to this store from now on because the T-Mobile by Best Buy are liars, lazy, and just plain rude!

Waited 45 minutes and all we got to do was check in. There are 6 customer service reps and 7 customers. So shouldn’t take long you would think. Wrong. The several employees were just standing around chit chating with each other. We were not the only ones either. Another lady had been there for over 30 minutes just to pick up something that was mailed there. When I went to tell a customer service agent that we would just go elsewhere or do the upgrades online, since it was taking so long, instead of her apologizing and trying to rectify the situation, she just said ok. Sad way to start a partnership with sprint customers and sad that they didn’t even care. Just poor customer service all around.
