Jairo M. Was who helped us! He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He took his time to answer each and every question we had for him about service and phones and pricing. He went above and beyond with helping us. Jairo is also bilingual which really worked out because my husband speaks Spanish. Customer service was a 10/10. I will be returning to this store for all my T-Mobile needs! If you go in ask for JAIRO he is awesome & very knowledgeable about the products and services T-Mobile offers. We where in and out very quick and completely satisfied with our purchase! Thank you Jairo!!!

I went to this store on 10/28/19. The customer service here was amazing! I had to get my screen fixed and the guy helped me out. He gave me an approximate time and did such a great job on my phone… it looks brand new! He also helped me set up a conplete account to backup all of my photos. While I was there Christina helped me purchase the new Galaxy Watch Active2. She went out of her way to ensure I could get both of the watches I wanted (for my husband and I) including helping me do it online and getting a transfer from another store. She then helped ensure that it was paired with my phone and set up completely. She kept a conversation up with me the whole time so that it didn’t feel as long as it was. This Sprint store really reminded me why I’ve been a loyal customer for so long!

Worst phone company I have ever been with. I spoke to several employees on the amount I must pay in order to return my phones and leave this company. I keep getting different answers, customer service is never helpful, and no one has been consistent with me. I received paperwork saying I owe nothing then get a surprise bill saying I do even though I tried to return the phones and drove to the store several times to see how much I have to pay. Absolutely terrible and wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Nelly is an awful sales representative and was not helpful in the slightest.
