Went in to activate my new phone with T-Mobile. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable about transferring information from old phone to new phone. He also helped me with a few accessories to protect my phone and install them all. I recommend this location to anyone that needs service and or new phones. His name was not on the receipt, just the last three digits of his sales rep number. Maybe T-Mobile should add their first name that’s on their name tag onto the receipt to help out filling out the survey.

Lost my phone and had issues getting my new one set up. Came in and got great help. Very patient with all my issues and the extended time it took to get set up (no fault of the employees just some weird BS). Very friendly and reasonable staff, Ivan was a total bro and was awesome with helping me out.
