Jose L. here at the store didn’t want to help me out he said he couldn’t help me activate my wife’s Apple Watch I paid in full for so rude didn’t give us any help disgusted with this store only store that gave me no problems and great customer service is all the way in north Fort Worth. I had a copy of my drivers license in my phone he said he couldn’t do anything with that. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company to be treated so badly !!!

I should have read the reviews before I came to this location! If I could give this store NO stars in order to write this review I would! The most unprofessional, ghetto and rude staff/ customer service I have ever received from representatives in a extremely long time. OSCAR, CARLOS and KEVIN are CON ARTIST! I’m actually switching carrier today because of them! If you are a T-MOBILE customer as I was, listen to these reviews! AVOID THIS LOCATION if you want to be treated with respect and dignity!!
