I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone. Unfortunately this company use to be really good as I have been with them for over 10 years and my boyfriend for 8 previously. Getting in contact with customer service on the phone is a NIGHTMARE and a WASTE of time! We stopped by a physical location only to be told T-Mobile cannot provide pine in store so you have to dial 611 or call the customer care line. We literally spent over 2 hours on the phone waiting to be connected to someone! The next day over 4! We finally decided to go in store again and when we did we ended up being provided the same customer care phone number by this location! As we waited on the phone for nearly 45mins a store associate decided to finally come over and ask if we were still awaiting someone to answer. Well duh! We told her this is the issue we have had for the past two days. She finally pulls up a phone number and calls from her private cell to speak with an individual and asked for the pin to be reset. Well the individual in the phone provided a link and reset the pin. HOW HARD IS THIS TO DO! If you have the option to call someone in store which we figured and after asking the first time they say no; then why waste people time and make them sit on the store phone for mins to hours waiting to speak to someone in customer care!!!??? DONOT BUY T-MOBILE! At n t is NOTHING like this!
