This Place is the best in the North Arlington area!

Stood in line for 45 minutes without acknowledgement and there was only 1 customer and 2 employees. All employees were busy chatting while I’m waiting. Wouldn’t return to this location. I ended up leaving and going to a different location. I bought an iPhone pro max at a different location. Would never return here

Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I don’t usually condone a 1 star rating but this has been well earned. This store is a franchise store and is owned by the same guy (Adrian) who owns the Eastchase sore and another store near the stadiums. I’ve now learned from various sources that it is never a good idea to visit franchise stores. Visit only corporate locations. My experience was such a mess that it exceeds the character limit and I had to attach the timeline via photo. Here is a copy of the timeline I put together to submit to another store manager, as their store would give me no way to place a complaint through them.
