I absolutely love this location! The T-mobile customer service is the best. They help even when other locations get it all wrong! Mansfield location said it would take 5 hours to transfer my daughters data of her phone to the new phone because they said it could only be done using google. The amazing people at this location had it transferred in minutes and everything transferred over. My daughter was so happy. Even her modified app icons transferred.They didn’t have to help fix someone else’s mess up but they did and were very kind.Their can do attitude and empathy was essential to delivering outstanding customer service. They really were awesome and it meant so much to us. Great job and other locations should use this location as they standard to aim for!✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️
