Cotton and Julio at the Lufkin T-Mobile store were very kind and helpful. They did an amazing job with helping us transfer our service over and picking out new phones, while also doing a breakdown of our phone plans and helping us choose the right one for us. It means a lot that they went out of their way to give us great customer service by being understanding and explaining any questions we had. Both Cotton and Julio showed great pride in their work. My experience with T-Mobile has been perfect so far thanks to these great gentleman. I look forward to being apart of the T-Mobile family and recommending my friends and family thanks to Julio and Cotton.

Make sure you don’t go to Kiana! Also false advertisement saying T-Mobile will let you have a phone on them when they actually make you pay almost full price yourself! I traded in a perfectly fine $1200 iPhone XS from att and they said my the promotion of trade in for an iPhone 11Pro on T-Mobile! Guess what not on them I’m paying for that phone! Talk about false advertising! They should be ashamed! Be warned! You think you’ll get a great deal only to be lied to!
