I was a Sprint customer and because of the merger, I had to go into the T-Mobile store to get a new SIM card and it was time for an upgrade so I decided to get a new phone. I regret buying my phone here so much because the reps who helped me (and I use the term help very loosely) did not deserve a penny of commission. I had to make 2 trips to the store and they were both terrible experiences and horrible customer service. Both reps made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. When I told the first rep that I wanted to upgrade my phone and told her what phone I wanted, she asked zero questions about what I wanted and just went in the back and came back with a box. I said, you didn’t even ask what color or which storage size I wanted. She said all they have is the black color and 128G in store. I wanted the silver color but I knew I was going to put a case on so I went ahead and just got the black. I was slightly disappointed though because I did want the bigger storage size and I regret that I didn’t have her order what I truly wanted but too late now. The second time I went in, a different rep helped me and he, again, gave off the impression that I was more of a bother than a customer. At one point I even mentioned that I wanted to check my husbands line to see if he was eligible to upgrade and he just ignored me and never looked up the information. When I finally said something he gave some excuse about there only being 1 Sprint computer in the store but no one was on the computer at the time so I’m not sure why he couldn’t go look it up. At that point, I was so done, I just walked out. I can promise you I never received service even remotely close to this at the Sprint store and I will never step foot in that T-Mobile store again. I’ll drive to a different store if I need help.

We have been Tmobile customers since 2004. So glad to have this location! Convenient and close to home – plus every time we go in with a need the staff are wonderful! They are patient, answer all of our questions, and are VERY knowledgeable in all aspects from phones, plans, accessories, etc.
