I have been a happy Sprint customer for years and was on their premium plan which gave me Hulu, Tidal and Amazon Prime included in the plan. I came to this location recently to upgrade my phone, paid off the old phone, and got the new one and thought everything was fine. I tried to use my Tidal and Amazon prime services later that day but it would not work so I go back to this location to fix the problem only to found out I was accidently pivoted from my Sprint plan to a T-mobile plan (without my knowledge) by the customer service rep that upgraded my phone. The store representatives tell me that there is no way I can go back to my original Sprint plan and that they can compensate me.Update 5/21/21A representative from this location called me as well as a representative from T-mobile corporate offices called to compensate and apologize for the inconvenience. They were very empathetic and wanted to make sure that I was a happy customer. I was very impressed with the response from both representatives and was well compensated. The representative that initially upgraded my phone (as well as other store employees) provided excellent customer service to try to fix the problem as well, but I understand accidents can happen sometimes. Overall, I’m back happy with T-mobile and look forward to see what they offer in the future.
