Edit: I’m giving a 5 start to Tomas. He was very helpful and polite. Took the time to explain everything to me. HE provided excellent customer service.1star: I was helped by a different rep however I went there this afternoon to upgrade my phone and I had my kids with me. While I was there there was a kid running and my kids started running with him. I asked my kids to stay still and to stop running when the girl rep got on her phone and started making comments very loud that she wasn’t going to ask her kid to stop running because he’s a kid. I understand they are all kids but we weren’t at the park and what makes it worse is that she was at work. So that seemed very unprofessional and her response to the situation didn’t make it any better. She kept holding her kid while talking to possibly new business.
