Amazing customer service! The reps spent many hours over several days helping me to sort out some issues with an old Sprint account, figure out the best way to take advantage of some trade-in promos, and get two phones upgraded and the data transferred. Especial shout-out to Vincent for being extremely patient while I figured out how to transfer my son’s Minecraft worlds which the Samsung Smart Switch app failed to handle.
