Just purchased a prepaid line with them, I had to contact customer service/Support for them to tell me that there’s a block on my phone. I was a little dissatisfied. After a few calls, Brain, Store manager was able to resolve my issue. Even though I couldn’t get the refund put back on my card for the prepaid phone, he still did his best to make sure I was taken care of and for that I do appreciate him. Not a lot of mangers care what happens to their customers, but he definitely cared and found a solution for me.
