04/03/21 (Sat AM)…My first ever experience at this store was Awesomely Amazing!!! Robert and Jesus are the BEST!!! Both were very attentive, helpful, and patient. There was also two other associates there. Although I didn’t interact with them but I saw how they assisted other customers and they too were great!!! I’m a first time customer with T-Mobile and theses young men gave me vision…I made a Great Choice. Thank You Team T-Mobile @ MacArthur!!!!

WATCH YOUR BILL AFTER YOU VISIT THIS STORE. Danny was super helpful, very nice, polite, very competent in explaining EIP math, she welcomed people to the store, helped other employees, and did a great job on my upgrade. I left her a great review, I even contacted T-force on Twitter to pass on to corporate what a great experience I had with her. Then 12 hours later I get a sms notification from T-mobile welcoming me to Protection 360 a $14 a month insurance program that wasn’t discussed, I didn’t ask for, I was given no information or paperwork on how it works and its benefits. Without any of this she added it to my account, hoping I wouldn’t notice, so she would get commission on it.Danny, I am sorry I inconvenienced you by coming into the store and not buying any accessories, or commissionable products or services. If managers tolerate this, or encourage this behavior, brush up on the consequences Wells Fargo faced after their account fraud.
