Both of the store representatives, Diego and Esme, were extremely knowledgeable and clarified everything, regarding my phone plan as well as offered me promotions. Please keep up the great work by hiring people that truly do care about the customer…and I strongly suggest giving these two young people, Diego and Esme, the recognition they both deserve. They are truly amazing.
