The sales associate failed to disclose a $20 upgrade support charge fee when purchasing a new phone. He straight up lied to me and told me my total with tax brought the final price to $XXX.xx. If I had known I I was going to be charged that $20 upgrade support charge fee I would have purchased the phone at Best Buy or online since that $20 fee can be avoided by upgrading your phone for FREE through the app or website! I do not recommend this store. When asking the associate about the charge after my purchase he stated that everyone is charged that and it’s non refundable, which is untrue since the online sales associate I spoke with instructed me differently.
